Overview

VRBox is designed to play media that you select. We do not sell personal information, show behavioral advertising, or use your information to track you across apps or websites.

Media and local files

Videos, photos, files, and playback history you open in VRBox are processed on your device. VRBox does not upload that media to our servers. If you choose a web link or a local-network server, the app connects to the address you provide so it can retrieve and play the media.

Subscription data we process

To verify and restore paid access, VRBox processes:

• An app-specific installation identifier.
• An App Store receipt or transaction identifier.
• Subscription product, status, renewal, expiration, grace-period, and environment details.

We use this information only to provide subscription functionality, prevent entitlement errors, respond to support requests, and maintain the reliability and security of the service. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers

Apple processes App Store purchases and provides subscription verification results. Our hosting and database providers process subscription records and limited operational data on our behalf. Their processing is governed by their contracts and privacy terms.

Operational data

Hosting infrastructure may temporarily record ordinary request metadata, such as time, IP address, route, response status, and device or browser information. We use this data to secure, troubleshoot, and operate the service, not to build advertising profiles.

Retention and deletion

Subscription records are retained while needed to provide and restore paid access, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Operational logs are kept for a limited period set by our infrastructure providers. You may request deletion by emailing help@pddy.site. We may retain information where legally required or when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Your choices

You control access to Photos and the local network in iOS Settings. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple Account settings. Requests about subscription data can be sent to help@pddy.site.

Children, security, and international processing

VRBox is not directed to children under 13. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data we process, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

Changes and contact
