Agreement

These terms govern your use of VRBox. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

VRBox is a media player for compatible local, photo-library, web-link, and network media. Format, codec, network, and device limitations may affect playback. We may improve, change, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Free preview and subscriptions

Users without an active subscription may preview each video for up to 10 minutes. When the preview ends, playback pauses and you may choose whether to view subscription options.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, an auto-renewable subscription renews under the price and period shown by Apple at purchase. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles billing, cancellations, and refunds under its policies. Restoring purchases may require network access so we can verify your entitlement.

Your media and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your media. You are responsible for having all rights and permissions needed to access, copy, stream, or play it. Do not use VRBox to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, or interfere with the app or its services.

Our rights

VRBox, its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app as permitted by Apple's rules.

Availability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, VRBox is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, support for every file or server, or error-free playback. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, or access arising from use of VRBox. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for VRBox during the 12 months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Suspension, changes, and contact

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a material violation. We may update these terms and will change the effective date when revisions take effect. Questions can be sent to help@pddy.site.
